1. Definition

“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” refers to Explore with India.
“Customer”, “you”, “traveler” refers to any person or entity booking or using our services.
“Services” include cab bookings, tour packages, intercity and local travel, pickups, and any related travel arrangements.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or authorized partner platforms.
Bookings will be confirmed only after required payment is received.
Prices mentioned are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel volatility, toll taxes, etc.
For cab bookings, the fare may vary depending on road condition, route, waiting time, extra hours, tolls, parking fees, etc.

3. Identification & Documents

The customer must carry a valid government-issued ID proof during travel.
For hotel/flight/train/tour bookings, valid documents as per government norms are required.
Incorrect or fake documentation may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Cab Services Terms

Vehicle will be provided as per booking; however, exact make/model cannot be guaranteed.
The driver has the right to refuse additional passengers, excess luggage, or unsafe travel requests.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any illegal activity in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
In case of vehicle breakdown, we will provide an alternate vehicle based on availability.

5. Tour Package Terms

Prices are based on current tariffs and availability; may change before booking confirmation.
Any meals, tickets, or activities not mentioned in the itinerary are at customer’s own expense.
Force majeure (e.g., weather, political unrest, natural disaster, strikes) can affect itinerary.
Unused services due to late arrival, personal issues, or health reasons are non-refundable.

7. Liability & Responsibilities

Explore with India acts as an intermediary between the customer and various service providers (drivers, hotels, transport, etc.).
We are not responsible for:
- Loss, injury, delay, theft, or accident during travel.
- Service failures caused by third-party mistakes.
- Customer’s negligence or non-compliance with guidelines.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the particular booking.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

✔ Provide accurate information at the time of booking.
✔ Maintain discipline and decorum during the trip.
✔ Follow local laws, driver instructions, and safety guidelines.
✔ Pay any additional charges due to extra usage, damage, or breach of rules.

9. Prohibited Activities

You are not allowed to use our platform or services for:

❌ Fraudulent or illegal bookings
❌ Transporting illegal luggage (e.g., drugs, weapons, hazardous materials)
❌ Harassment or misconduct with staff, drivers, or other travelers
❌ Violating traffic, travel, or local authority rules

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service failures due to events beyond our control such as:
